You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
- Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without authorisation.
- Notifying grab333 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Keeping your personal information up to date whenever changes occur, especially payment details and phone number.
Grab333 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their own account credentials secure. Identity verification may be required at any time to ensure the security of your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a grab333 user, you agree not to engage in the following activities:
- Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activities.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Abusing the bonus or promotions system, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
- Interfering with, hacking, or attempting to manipulate the systems or game outcomes of any category on the platform.
- Sharing or selling account access to any third party.
- Distributing unlawful, harmful, or defamatory content through any communication channel on the platform.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of existing balances, and legal action where applicable. grab333 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violations without prior notice.
4. Payments & Transactions
All transactions on the grab333 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, DuitNow QR, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. grab333 does not accept payments in foreign currencies; any exchange rate differences are the user's responsibility.
Conditions relating to deposits and withdrawals:
- The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods; specific limits may vary depending on the selected method.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name.
- Grab333 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing large or first-time withdrawals.
- Withdrawal processing times range from a few minutes to 24 hours, depending on the method and amount requested.
- Any transactions suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.
Any fees or charges imposed by third parties (banks, digital wallet providers) are beyond grab333's control and are the user's sole responsibility.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Grab333 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranty that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, grab333 is not liable for:
- Any direct or indirect financial losses arising from use of the platform.
- Technical disruptions, system failures, or network outages that result in lost game sessions or pending transactions.
- Disputed game results submitted after the designated appeal period.
- Losses arising from account access by an unauthorised third party.
Regarding account suspension and closure: grab333 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice where there is evidence of a Terms breach, fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In cases of account closure for legitimate reasons (not due to user violations), any eligible balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process, less any outstanding amounts.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the grab333 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the property of grab333 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content without grab333's prior written consent.
The grab333 platform may contain links or references to third-party services (such as game providers or payment gateways). grab333 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Grab333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Notifications regarding significant changes may be sent via email or in-platform alerts. Malaysian law governs all disputes relating to the use of the grab333 platform. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian court jurisdiction.
